Cael turns 2!

Cael turned two on May 21st! We went to the park to celebrate. Here he is sitting in his new wagon and eating his cake!

My sister and Nathan share the same birthday together.

I made my sister a veggie/fruit pie for her birthday. (She can't eat sugar-imagine that?) It was devoured by her and my kiddos. Needless to say, I didn't worry about their veggies for dinner! Obviously the fruit was eaten first, I should have taken a picture first.

Nathan was so surprised that I got him a baseball mitt. Yeah! It is fun to really surprise my husband, it doesn't happen often.

We love the movie Napoleon Dynamite and Hannelora suggested we put a liger (lion/tiger) on the cheesecake. So here is the picture of her drawing.

My sister bought Nathan a card, look at the front cover, it actually has Napoleon talking about the skills he doesn't have when you open up the front cover....

The cover says, "Happy Birthday to someone with flippin' sweet skills... the inside says, "Lucky!"

Mother's Day

It was a beautiful day so we ate lunch outside.

This is what life is all about. Somehow Bubba (a.k.a. Bjorn) brings them all together. All 4 adore their baby brother and play great when he is around. My heart skips a beat and I beam with pleasure, this makes my life so enjoyable as a mom of 5 little ones.

Our tour guide had many interesting tales to tell. I found it amazing how people would want to go into a pitch dark cave with candles to explore. No thank you! God sure does have quite an imagination, it is simply amazing to see His creation.
