More preparing




I received some beef bones.  Thanks Staci!  I can make something besides chicken broth.  Yea! 

 also, soaking some beans for chili. 

kale chips 




 soaking lentils and then I sprouted them for a few days


 for lentil burgers   - I really loved them 
salt/cocunut oil/ garlic/ horseradish/ ginger  (I usually don't like horse radish, but this tastes really good)  I had a hard time making them stay together but I smashed them really good when they were frying in the oil.
